It is not unreasonable to think that if we are following a weight loss diet, it is probably healthy, right? And with the fanaticism of the printing and wellness industry on the problems of overweight, it is not surprising that we think that a healthy diet and a diet weight loss, one and the same trend. Of course, something we need to save from the evils of excess weight is good for us, sure?
Well, not really. There is a big difference between eating a healthy diet and I hope that will help you lose weight and a diet that is designed solely to weight loss. The goal of a healthy diet is that you feel comfortable. To give energy and help your body work better. The motivation could there be to do with weight loss, but the focus of the diet is healthy. However, if the diet is designed exclusively for weight loss, can Have given little thought to whether this is a healthy diet is good for you, particularly in the long term.
And likewise, you may ask, "If I eat a" healthy diet "I have a healthy diet?" I thought it might be that it was a typo, but it is not! What kind of a healthy diet is not necessarily the best is acceptable to all. It would be great if we could simply say "OK to eat all that amount of a, b, c, this, and to drink, and we are all at peak efficiency." But clearly this is not the case. People can access the same diet, probably hoping for weight loss and get very different results.
A recently developed approach for food, based on years of scientific research, metabolic typing, and it seems that the anomaly of a person is comfortable with a diet, I feel the other person is saying quite terrible. It operates on the basis that we all have inherited two genetic predisposition. One is the tendency for our cells convert food into energy, either rapidly or slowly. The other is the branch of our autonomic nervous system is dominant. The autonomic nervous system is considered a master system to regulate our metabolism, as it controlled virtually all automatic functions of our body that are not under our conscious control. There are two branches of this system - the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic system, each control a different set of tasks.
The point is that a healthy diet will be very different to someone who is naturally a fast metabolizer, and a dominant sympathetic nervous system, compared to someone who is a slow metabolizer, and a parasympathetic dominant. If you convert food into energy very quickly, then, ideally, eat it more difficult to break and allow access to energy, I know you get a steady flow of energy in your system. Similarly, if cells are slow to convert food into energy, you want to give them food, to break more easily, and convert. So you can see that food is the Food stable looks very different for two people to have a different metabolic makeup. And the same applies to healthy eating and dieting to lose weight. That is effective or not will largely depend on them for the unique genetic composition.
So, finally, to decide whether your weight loss diet and a healthy diet is an important tool in your arsenal could be to discover what type of metabolism and the most important is to advise your diet plan.
